Job summary

GLOVIS America, Inc. is a third-party logistics provider focusing on freight, automotive parts distribution, and related services across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

The Senior Analyst will handle revenue, costs, accruals, and balance sheet postings with accuracy and timeliness. This role collaborates with Operations and the accounting team to resolve issues, support financial reporting, and provide reliable information for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting, Month End Closing and Account Reconciliation required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting, Month End Closing and Account Reconciliation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and other accounting adjustments with supporting documentation.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities per schedule.
• Review revenue and direct cost transactions for proper cutoff, classification, and completeness.
