Job summary

You will collaborate with Logistics Operations, Planning, Procurement, IT, and Finance to ensure capacity and systems meet customer objectives. The role demands strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and independent project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Required
• 7 – 10 years of direct experience in Logistics, Trucking, Rail Operations, Supply Chain, Port Operations, Procurement
• 1 - 3 years supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Transportation Strategy & Network Optimization: develop and execute strategies to move finished vehicles efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Analyze network to identify capacity constraints, gaps, costs, risks, and optimization needs.
• Lead network optimization studies on lanes, ports, markets, volumes, and carrier capacity.
• Develop contingency strategies to withstand market disruptions and capacity shortages.
• Maintain understanding of network strengths, weaknesses, and risks nationally.
• Collaborate with Procurement to align forecasting and sourcing with growth.
