Job summary

OEC Group is seeking a Sales Account Executive/Logistics Consultant in Santa Ana, CA to lead the full sales lifecycle for freight forwarding services. You will prospect new clients, present a wide range of service offerings, and act as a trusted advisor for forwarding needs.

The role emphasizes achieving monthly revenue quotas, collaborating with CRM specialists, and coordinating with internal and overseas teams. Requires strong communication, EI, and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 year of freight forwarding sales experience.
• Experience selling ocean/air services preferred.
• CargoWise One experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; team player; problem solver.
• High emotional intelligence and communication skills.
• Professional email and phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients to build a book of business.
• Present OEC Group services: Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Trucking, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage.
• Meet monthly revenue quotas set by Sales management (based on monthly salary).
• Collaborate with CRM Specialists to develop local sales presence.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas offices.
• Travel locally for client meetings and presentations.
