Job summary

OEC GROUP is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive to drive the sales lifecycle and serve as a trusted advisor for clients in freight forwarding. With a competitive base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 plus uncapped commission, this position offers significant earning potential.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a strong grasp of the local market. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience directly selling Ocean and/or Air services within a freight forwarder.
• High emotional intelligence and a hunter mentality.
• Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new clients and establish a book of business through prospecting and networking.
• Present OEC Group's service offers effectively.
• Meet monthly revenue quotas set by Sales management.
