Job summary

OEC Group, a leading freight forwarder established in 1981, is seeking a Sales Account Executive/Logistics Consultant in Colorado. You will manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing, acting as a trusted advisor for clients’ forwarding needs across Ocean and Air services.

Role requires a minimum of 1 year in freight forwarding, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CargoWise One. Base salary offers growth via uncapped commissions; we offer full benefits and

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in a freight forwarding role.
Direct experience selling ocean and/or air services preferred.
Experience using CargoWise One ERP preferred.
Entrepreneurial spirit; team player; problem solver.
Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
Professional email and phone etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Seek out new clients and establish a book of business.
Present OEC Group's services: Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Trucking, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage.
Meet monthly revenue quotas.
Collaborate with CRM Specialists to create sales presence in local market.
Maintain communication with internal teams as well as overseas offices.
Travel locally for client meetings and presentations.
