Hach Company, part of the Veralto network, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Global FP&A in Loveland, CO. The role blends forecasting, reporting, and financial planning with regional collaboration and executive visibility.

You will partner with finance leaders and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights across revenue, margins and operating expenses in a hybrid environment, supporting strategic decisions and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 4-7 years of FP&A, commercial finance, business finance or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups and financial models.
• Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into business insights and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting financial information to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Support monthly forecasting processes with accurate assumptions and timely submissions.
• Partner with functional leaders to forecast revenue, gross margin, Opex, and headcount.
• Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and long-range planning.
• Assist in maintaining forecast integrity through validation of assumptions and trends.
• Own recurring analysis of bookings, backlog, revenue, gross margin, price-volume-mix and more.
• Develop concise commentary for business reviews and leadership presentations.
• Prepare and maintain reporting packages, KPI dashboards and management materials.
• Deliver executive-level insights that connect financial performance to operations.
