Job summary

Hach, a Veralto company, is seeking an FP&A analyst to join the Global FP&A team in Loveland, Colorado. This hybrid role focuses on financial reporting, forecasting, and business performance management to drive strategic decisions for regional and global leadership.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years of FP&A experience, with advanced Excel, financial modeling, and strong communication skills to translate numbers into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, financial models, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes.
• Own recurring analysis for bookings, backlog, revenue, gross margin, price-volume-mix, commissions, and other drivers.
• Prepare and maintain standard reporting packages, KPIs, dashboards, bridges, and management materials.
• Analyze actual results versus plan, forecast, and prior year with concise commentary.
• Monitor backlog conversion, shipment timing, pricing realization, and product mix.
• Partner with regional finance teams and stakeholders to gather assumptions and improve forecast accuracy.
• Support financial modeling and ad hoc analysis for sales performance and growth initiatives.
• Assist with annual operating plan, strategic plan, and budget development.
• Improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and process standardization.
• Drive continuous improvement of automation and reporting processes.
