Job summary

Antech seeks an FP&A Director in Loveland, CO (with NYC option) to partner with senior finance leaders and drive value creation across North America. You will lead planning, forecasting, and performance analytics, and oversee a team delivering actionable insights for resource allocation and strategic initiatives.

The role combines cross-functional finance leadership with digital finance transformation, including automated models and executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• A master's degree or CPA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in Finance, including at least 5 years in FP&A and/or Finance Business Partnering roles.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, financial systems and AI-enabled tools.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong FP&A and/or Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Experience working with senior Finance and business stakeholders.
• Excellent influencing without formal authority, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines independently, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance and business partnership with cross-functional teams to drive value creation.
• Oversee planning, forecasting, and budgeting; model scenarios.
• Coordinate period-close activities and performance analytics.
• Drive digital finance and analytics transformation initiatives.
• Develop and mentor FP&A analysts and ensure governance.
