Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Minimum five years of FP&A experience in a global organization.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning across multiple regions.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for revenue, gross margin, SG&A, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital.
• Analyze monthly results, variances, and KPIs to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Partner with operational leaders to incorporate business drivers into forecasts.
• Prepare executive dashboards and financial packages translating data into insights.
• Coordinate with Treasury and Operations to align cash forecasting with production cycles.
• Drive billing milestones and hold regions accountable for targets.
• Lead monthly reviews across Engineering, Manufacturing, Projects, and Services to align forecast with budget.
• Support earnings calls, investor materials, and board presentations.
