Job summary

Hach, a Veralto company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Global FP&A in Loveland, CO. You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and analytics, partnering with regional finance leaders to translate results into actionable insights that improve performance.

Responsibilities include monthly forecasts, scenario analysis, and executive reporting using OneStream and Power BI. A MBA/CPA is a plus; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with large datasets, pivot tables, lookups, and financial models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder presentation.
• Experience translating financial data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting processes with accurate assumptions and timely submissions.
• Partner with functional leaders to forecast revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and headcount.
• Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Own recurring analysis of bookings, backlog, revenue, margin, pricing, and sales performance.
• Prepare concise commentary for management reviews and executive presentations.
• Assist with month-end close, reporting packages, and KPI dashboards.
