Based in Fargo, ND with a fully remote option, this role emphasizes analytics-driven planning, scenario modeling, and executive storytelling to guide strategy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial analytics, forecasting, or revenue operations.
• Experience owning forecasting processes in a complex org.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end orders and revenue forecasting processes.
• Establish standardized forecasting frameworks across regions and teams.
• Improve forecast accuracy, predictability, and transparency.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance insights; executive storytelling.
• Drive funnel health metrics and territory planning analytics.
