Job summary

Corel, a global software company known for CorelDRAW and WinZip, seeks a Director of FP&A. This remote, hands-on leadership role reports to the CFO and owns revenue planning, forecasting, and executive reporting.

You will build KPI scorecards, lead planning cycles, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to drive data-driven decisions. You will replace manual processes with automated reporting, develop AI-assisted workflows, and mentor a small team as the function scales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, sales finance or corporate finance with mentoring experience.
• Experience in software/SaaS businesses with revenue forecasting and KPIs.
• Hands-on use of AI in daily finance work and strong modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare topline and KPI sections for monthly reviews and Board materials.
• Build product-level KPI scorecard and executive dashboards.
• Lead variance analysis with clear explanations for gaps.
• Own planning system work (Planful) and data integration with Snowflake/Netsuite.
• Automate reporting and document models, calendars, and controls.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and product leaders; ROI analyses for investments.
• Mentor analysts and provide backup coverage for critical models.
