Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field.
• MBA is a plus for senior roles.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead global forecasting strategy across orders and revenue.
• Standardize forecasting frameworks across regions and teams.
• Improve forecast accuracy, predictability, and transparency.
• Align forecasts with financial plans and growth targets with Sales/Finance.
• Develop analytics-driven forecasting models with pipeline dynamics and indicators.
• Provide weekly/monthly executive insights integrating KPI trends.
