Job summary

Instructure is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to act as the primary Sales Operations partner for a NORAM business unit. This remote role supports weekly forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews across Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in Revenue Operations, with strong Excel/Sheets, Salesforce reporting, and Tableau dashboard experience. Remote work across the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytics role.
• Experience supporting sales leaders as an operational/analytical partner.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales, forecasting, and pipeline metrics.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce reporting.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tool.
• Experience with territory design, quota planning, or capacity modeling.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Sales Operations partner to the NORAM leadership.
• Coordinate recurring sales cadence: weekly forecasts, pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews.
• Analyze bookings, pipeline coverage, conversion, and productivity to identify trends.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to improve forecast accuracy and performance.
• Support annual and in-year sales planning, including territory analysis and headcount planning.
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem to implementation.
• Maintain CRM data quality and governance; ensure adoption of processes.
