Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated in Norfolk, VA, is seeking a Journeyman Foreign Military Sales Analyst to support the H-53 program. You will execute, track, and optimize FMS cases while ensuring compliance with AECA, SAMM, and ITAR under DoD guidance.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3 to 10 years of direct experience in DoD acquisition or security programs.
• Solid understanding of SAMM, ITAR, and NAVAIR international program structures.
• Strong analytical capabilities, communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support Case Manager, Program Managers, and Team Leads to streamline FMS case lifecycles from inception to closure.
• Analyze and manage FMS casework in accordance with AECA, SAMM, and ITAR.
• Cross-reference objectives with DoD acquisition policy to align with milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and finance to track action items and remove bottlenecks.
• Gather and interpret program data to assist in developing P&A data, LOAs, and briefs.
