Job summary

ACET, Incorporated, located near NAS Patuxent River, seeks a Journeyman Foreign Military Sales Analyst to manage international casework and sustainment programs for H-53 variants.

The role requires DoD security clearance eligibility, a BA/BS, and 3–10 years in DoD-related fields. You will work with case managers, program managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely milestones.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of direct experience in DoD acquisition, financial tracking, international programs, or security cooperation management.
• Solid understanding of SAMM, ITAR, and NAVAIR international program structures.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to FMS case lifecycles from inception to closure under guidance of Case Managers and Team Leads.
• Analyze FMS casework in accordance with AECA, SAMM, and ITAR requirements.
• Cross-reference DoD policy guidance to align with program milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and finance to track action items and resolve bottlenecks.
• Gather and interpret program data to support price and availability data, LOAs, and status briefs.
