Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated, is seeking a Journeyman Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to support international defense cooperation and sustainment programs for H-53 variants at NAS Patuxent River. You will execute, track, and optimize active FMS cases under AECA, ITAR, and SAMM guidelines.

In this mid-level role, you will work with Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads to ensure lifecycle sustainment and timely briefings, while coordinating

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years in DoD acquisition, financial tracking, international programs, or security cooperation management.

Responsibilities

• Support Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads in FMS case lifecycles from inception to closure.
• Analyze and manage FMS casework under AECA, SAMM, and ITAR regulations.
• Cross-reference case objectives with DoD acquisition policy guidance to align with milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and finance to track actions and resolve bottlenecks.
• Gather, organize, and interpret international program data to support P&A data, LOAs, and status briefs.
