Job summary

ACET, Inc. seeks a Journeyman Foreign Military Sales Analyst to support international defense cooperation and sustainment programs for the F/A-18 fleets at NAS Patuxent River.

The role focuses on day-to-day coordination, lifecycle tracking, and financial monitoring of active FMS cases with global partners. The ideal candidate will apply program management techniques to ensure case requirements, budgets, and modification timelines comply with Navy and DoD policies, while interfacing with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
• Strong analytical capabilities with financial data manipulation and cross-cultural communication.
• Experience with DoD acquisition, financial tracking, or security cooperation programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track LOR/LOA/P&A data and amendments for F/A-18 fleets.
• Monitor funding, develop obligation/expenditure plans, verify budgets, and assist reconciliation.
• Prepare program status reports and briefs for international partners and NAVAIR leadership.
• Serve as interface between PMA technical teams, international reps, USG entities, and industry contractors.
• Ensure all case activities comply with DoD FMR, SAMM, and ITAR guidelines.
