DHL Group's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee maintenance and coordination of facilities, manage vendor invoices in SAP, and support FM budget planning. The role will work under the Facilities Manager to ensure timely repairs and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include supervising repairs, coordinating custodial and security services, ensuring safety code compliance, and delivering regular operations reports to management.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of facilities experience required.
• Vocational or Technical education background.

Responsabilités

• Manage repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities.
• Coordinate facilities services with vendors, contractors, and property managers.
• Ensure compliance with building safety codes and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders to ensure customer service.
• Participate in long-term facility maintenance plans, upgrades and budget development.
• Provide regular reports on facility operations, expenses, and projects to management.
