Job summary

DHL Group's Corporate Real Estate division seeks a Facilities Manager to coordinate external vendors, oversee daily operations, and manage preventive maintenance programs. You will work with SAP for budgeting, review invoices, and ensure lease compliance while supporting strategic business needs.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Spanish language is a plus.
• Ability to deal effectively with people and good follow-up skills.
• Customer service oriented and action focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate external vendors to ensure effective delivery of facility services, maintenance, and repairs.
• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities and equipment.
• Ensure landlord compliance with lease agreements related to maintenance and property management obligations.
• Independently resolve facility-related issues and operational challenges, including complex and non-routine matters.
• Plan, coordinate, and support facility projects for smooth execution and continuity.
• Manage procurement activities, including vendor bids, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Oversee project budgets from initiation to completion, including cost control, invoice review, and vendor payments.
• Prepare and analyze KPIs, operational reports, and presentations to support decisions.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and sustainability initiatives.
