Job summary

Vista Flight Support, part of the Vista group, is seeking highly motivated Flight Support Agents to join our global team in Columbus, OH. You will handle the operational aspects of logistics and ground services for each flight, coordinating with partner AOCs, handling agents, and authorities to ensure seamless execution.

You will maintain the Global View platform, arrange ground services, obtain permits, and communicate flight status with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates accuracy and punctuality under tight deadlines.
• Excellent English language communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Business Aviation operations: Ground Ops, Flight Dispatch or Flight Planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Vista's Global View platform to ensure clear communication with partner teams.
• Arrange ground handling, airport slots, and fuel as required by procedures.
• Coordinate with external providers (handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, authorities) for ground services.
• Request overflight and landing permits as needed.
• Submit flight, crew and passenger information to customs and borders.
• Provide status updates on flights during planning (times, locations, issues).
• Coordinate with Tactical Controllers on preparation status and report discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely and meet client satisfaction.
