Job summary

Vista America, operating partner of Vista, seeks an experienced OCC Duty Manager in Columbus, OH to coordinate daily aviation operations across support departments. You will ensure flights are properly planned and executed, collaborating with Flight Operations and MX teams.

Leadership is essential. Expect to manage IROPS and irregular events, supervise staff, and communicate effectively with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to maintain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required, college degree is a plus.
• Dispatch License required.
• Experience leading teams and coaching employees preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in an SOC environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MX planning and crewing to optimize operations.
• Act as main point of contact for irregular operations until senior management is on site.
• Communicate IROPS updates to affected parties and coordinate with regulatory concerns.
• Supervise direct reports and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.
