Job summary

Vista Travel is seeking a Travel Coordinator in Columbus, OH. You will secure reservations for Vista crews, including air, hotel, and ground transportation, while maintaining supplier relationships and internal policies.

The ideal candidate has travel agency or aviation exposure, proficiency with SABRE or other GDS, and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Candidates must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel agency or aviation preferred.
• Experience using SABRE or any major GDS (Amadeus, Apollo, Worldspan, etc.).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately securing reservations for Vista crews (air, hotel, ground transportation) per supplier contracts and internal policies.
• Booking travel for sales and executive teams as required.
• Booking travel for crew training as directed by Training Department.
• Managing travel for pursers as required.
• Securing and managing block-inventory of hotel rooms.
• Maintaining calendar of events in Vista cities to pre-secure accommodations.
