Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree a plus.
• 4+ years’ experience in an OCC environment.
• Proven experience in a key management/supervisory role.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Experience managing large teams in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• The Duty Manager coordinates efforts of Operations, Flight Support, Client Service, Crew Planning/Scheduling and Maintenance Operations Control to ensure smooth flight operations.
• Delegates tasks and balances workload to keep the team effective during shifts.
• Coordinates responses to daily issues (AOGs, delays, weather).
• Works with Client Services and other commercial teams to coordinate service recoveries.
• Oversees all high profile and demo flights.
• Ensures operations comply with operation specifications and optimizes fleet utilization.
