Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Support for Global Financial Services to lead a team delivering AWS Unified Operations to GFS customers. You will work with senior executives to guide incidents, runbooks, and strategic planning for critical workloads.

You will oversee architecture reviews, customer-focused initiatives, and collaboration with AWS leadership to drive a strong, scalable cloud operations program.

• Develop and lead a team of Technical Account Managers responsible for solving technical issues and working with AWS engineers.
• Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for deployment and operational resilience.
• Define IT and business processes that work well with cloud deployments.
• Engage with Directors and C-Level executives to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Influence the product roadmap with AWS executive leadership.
• Drive proactive operational and security risk mitigation through reviews and runbooks.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions and pre-launch planning.
