Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Finance Transformation Program Lead to drive strategic finance initiatives across accounting, tax, FP&A, data, and technology in a remote-capable environment. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Data, and Technology teams to design future-state processes and optimization roadmaps.

The role emphasizes hands-on requirements gathering, process design, stakeholder management, and execution in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, MS Finance, MS Information Systems, or similar).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CPA, CMA, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or equivalent are a plus.
• Additional coursework or certifications in Finance Transformation, ERP systems, Business Analysis, Project Management, or Process Improvement are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.
• Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, Order-to-Cash (O2C) process improvements, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.
• Assess current-state finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Define practical future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision‑making across business and technology teams.
• Lead process optimization efforts focused on efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Finance and Technology teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and system effectiveness.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change impacts while ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
