Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Program Lead to drive strategic finance transformations across global teams. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Data, and Technology to design future state processes, optimize systems, and deliver measurable efficiency and control improvements.

The role is remote (Anywhere) with W2 or corp-to-corp options; compensation includes a competitive hourly rate of $75.00–$85.00/hr and robust benefits for eligible consultants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes, including Revenue Recognition, Order-to-Cash, Financial Controls, Tax Operations, and Financial Reporting.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with a record of successful execution.
• Experience working directly with senior Finance and Accounting leaders.
• Ability to quickly assess business challenges, establish priorities, and execute practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.
• Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, Order-to-Cash (O2C) process improvements, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.
• Assess current-state finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Define practical future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Lead process optimization efforts focused on efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Finance and Technology teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and system effectiveness.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change impacts while ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
