Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Program Lead to drive leadership and execution across global finance initiatives. The role partners with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Data, and Technology teams to improve processes, systems, and organizational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong finance transformation expertise with business analysis, program management, and cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years leading Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within complex organizations.
Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes including Revenue Recognition, O2C, Financial Controls, Tax Operations, and Financial Reporting.
Strong project and program management with a record of successful execution.
Experience working with senior Finance and Accounting leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.
Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, O2C, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.
Assess current-state processes, systems, controls, and operating models to identify improvements.
Define future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, governance, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.
Lead process optimization focusing on efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
Partner with Finance and Technology to improve data quality, reporting, and system effectiveness.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and change impacts; ensure timely delivery of objectives.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and continuous improvement.
