Qualifikationen

• 10+ years leading Finance Transformation or related programs.
• Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Revenue Recognition, O2C, tax ops, and financial reporting.
• Strong project management and senior stakeholder interaction.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple finance transformation initiatives across accounting, tax, FP&A, data, and tech.
• Drive process improvements, system optimization, and governance structures.
• Define future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive decision making.
• Establish KPIs to measure progress and drive continuous improvement.
