Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Finance Transformation Program Lead to drive complex finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology in a remote consulting capacity.

You will define roadmaps, manage scope and governance, partner with senior Finance and IT leaders, and ensure on-time delivery of measurable improvements in efficiency, controls, and reporting across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of revenue recognition, O2C, tax operations, and financial reporting.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with a record of successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.
• Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, O2C process improvements, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.
• Assess current-state finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Define practical future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Lead process optimization efforts focused on efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Finance and Technology teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and system effectiveness.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change impacts while ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
