Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA/CMA or other financial certification preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of finance business experience with strong technical capabilities and business partnership.
• People management experience required: lead, engage, develop high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and execution for the global Trauma business.
• Deliver financial commitments and improve forecast accuracy; identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide strategic decision support through analytics and IBP engagement.
• Lead plans/forecast updates, support external business development evaluations, influence pricing and deal economics.
• Partner cross-functionally to optimize inventory, reserves, and capital deployment.
