Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a BPO Director, EPM - Orthopedics, located in Raynham, MA, with secondary locations in Raritan, NJ, and West Chester, PA. The senior leader owns the Orthopedics EPM product and defines the roadmap and priorities across finance and IT.

As Business Product Owner, you drive the vision, design decisions and adoption, build a scalable support model and lead a team of six. Travel up to ~20% is expected during the integration and separation phases.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of enterprise technology in Finance including EPM, forecasting or large-scale transformations.
• Strong leadership experience managing managers and senior professionals.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, controls and compliance.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading large EPM implementations and finance modernization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Orthopedics EPM Business Product Owner for vision, roadmap and value realization.
• Interface between GPO, business users and IT with aligned priorities.
• Translate planning needs into prioritized product capabilities and delivery roadmap.
• Define standards for continuity, availability and improvement across transition and run state.
• Lead and manage the EPM strategy with global scope and governance.
