Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related field is required.
• MBA or MS in Analytics, Finance, or related advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive reporting, analytics, and modeling experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting and modeling roadmap to improve performance, compliance, and decision support.
• Own design, delivery, and governance of internal/external reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and audit-ready, aligned to regulatory requirements.
• Translate data into executive-ready insights and presentations for senior leaders.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Technology to align data and priorities.
• Establish data-quality standards, controls, and model governance.
• Drive automation, standardization, and separation-readiness initiatives.
