Job summary

DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company in West Chester, PA, is seeking a Marketing Manager, Global Growth Marketing in Trauma to lead global promotion of the VOLT Plating Platform. This role shapes messaging and builds a comprehensive global plan to fuel growth and awareness.

You will partner with regional teams and agencies to deliver scalable campaigns, high-impact assets, and cross-functional activation across markets, travel ~20% and a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; An MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of dynamic business experience in Marketing, Agency, Public Relations or related functions/business experience is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in Medical Device or other healthcare regulated environment is preferred.
• Demonstratable experience developing and executing brand campaigns, launching products, services and programs to the healthcare community is required.
• Orthopedics experience is preferred.
• Experience interacting with surgeon customers and sales force is preferred. Sales experience is beneficial.
• The ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment and be comfortable making informed decisions with incomplete information is required
• Demonstration of the ability to partner cross functionally in a matrixed organization, influencing without authority is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Market and Customer Insight - Maintain understanding of trauma market dynamics and regional differences to strengthen platform story.
• Narrative and Messaging - Evolve global VOLT platform narrative and value proposition for priority audiences.
• Agency Leadership - Lead advertising, digital, and PR partners from briefing through delivery.
• Global Promotional Strategy - Develop a comprehensive global plan with channels, investments, and activation roadmaps.
• High-Impact Asset Development - Lead creation of high-end promotional assets and campaigns.
• Global and Regional Partnership - Collaborate with regional teams for localization and activation.
• Campaign Activation and Measurement - Drive rollout, provide activation guidance, and assess performance.
