Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst to support the DePuy Synthes US Commercial team. The role partners with sales, demand planning, marketing and pricing to deliver financial insights and influence strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years in finance, strong Excel, Power BI and SAP/JDE experience, and a collaborative, analytical mindset. This position offers a hybrid work model in the US.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required; accounting or finance preferred.
Certification such as CPA, MBA, CMA or related is preferred.
Minimum of three years of finance, business experience or related leadership experience is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
Advanced Excel and presentation skills are required.
Ability to apply data and strong analytics to influence executive decision making is required.
Experience with SAP/JDE, TM1, Alteryx, Power BI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead revenue/expense forecasting cycles and evaluate risks and drivers.
Provide detailed analyses and executive communication on financial results.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities and drive decisions.
Prepare monthly sales reports to senior management and support Investor Relations analyses.
Support month-end/quarter-end close activities and Gross Profit analysis.
Provide insights by challenging assumptions and developing scenarios.
Communicate issues or opportunities to upper management and ensure compliance with company policies.
