Job summary

Leidos SES is seeking a field service professional to install, repair, and test complex equipment at customer sites. The role requires travel regionally and internationally, coordinating with customers to ensure uptime and adherence to SLAs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in field service for electrical/electronic systems, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-focused mindset. Willingness to travel on short notice is essential.

Qualifications

• Related Trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical) / Military training equivalent to 2 years field service.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience directly troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair complex equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Conduct on-site installation and testing to ensure proper operation.
• Isolate malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Manage scheduling and resources to meet SLAs.
• Travel to customer sites domestically and internationally as required.
• Update work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU).
