Job summary

Trymax is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, service and troubleshoot our systems at customer sites across Europe and occasionally in the USA or Asia. You will be the first point of contact for technical support and will train customers’ service engineers and operators.

Based at our Nijmegen headquarters when not traveling, you will provide remote technical support via Teams, email and phone, and you will prepare system upgrades, service activities and documentation while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electro‑mechanical, electronics, pneumatics and RF tech.
• Good English; driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service and troubleshoot our systems at customer sites.
• Provide remote support from Nijmegen when not traveling.
• Train customers’ service engineers and operators.
• Document issues and solutions to maximize uptime.
• Travel to Europe, USA or Asia as needed.
