Qualifications

• Two-year technical or associate degree required or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in industrial settings preferred.
• Experience with Nordson PPS equipment (extrusion tooling, dies, screen changers, pumps) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel domestically and internationally as Nordson's primary technical representative at customer sites.
• Review projects before travel to understand drawings, equipment configuration, and customer expectations.
• Provide installation, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for Nordson PPS equipment.
• Train customer personnel on safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare field service reports documenting work performed and follow-up items.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing to resolve field issues.
