Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with relevant field experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the field with semiconductor equipment.
• Willingness to travel 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Customer Support Policy for Nova End User and supervise a field service presence.
• Support Nova and End Users under warranty and service agreements.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels for spare parts at field locations.
• Provide customer training and assist with installations, add-ons, and upgrades.
