Job summary

Nova Measuring Instruments is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customer sites with warranty and service activities. You will work with R&D teams to direct technology development, install new equipment, and train customers while maintaining thorough reporting and stock control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field service or related role.
• Ability to perform manual and physical labor in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Nova and End Users service as defined under warranty and service agreements.
• Maintain reporting methods for all customer support activities.
• Assist in equipment installations, add-ons, and upgrades.
• Provide customer training and retraining.
• Manage spare parts and stock levels at assigned locations.
• Collaborate with sales and site personnel during evaluations.
• Adhere to customer site policies and safety guidelines.
