This role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of precision inspection and metrology systems, with travel to domestic and international customer sites.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of related experience, a relevant engineering degree, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to work with global teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant engineering field.
• 2–5 years of professional engineering experience in semiconductor equipment.
• Hands‑on experience with diagnostic tools and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor inspection and metrology systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades in cleanroom environments.
• Interface with customers to diagnose issues and deliver technical solutions.
• Support system integration, calibration, and testing processes.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
• Prepare service reports and document feedback for management.
• Participate in equipment evaluations, training sessions, and product improvements.
• Support local service operations and maintain strong customer relationships.
