Job summary

Talent With Heart in Menomonee Falls, WI seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer for Industrial Automation and international deployments. You will lead on-site installations, FAT and SAT, and coordinate with design engineers while traveling globally.

This is a direct-hire role with first shift hours, base salary up to $80,000 plus per diem and incentives; candidates must have 2+ years of hands-on experience and US work authorization; a passport is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable hands-on machinery service or commissioning experience.
• Ability to read and interpret multi-page electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
• Willingness and ability to travel 40–70 days per year with a valid passport.
• US work authorization (Citizen or Green Card) without sponsorship.
• Local commute to Menomonee Falls, WI and a comprehensive field service toolset.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site machinery installations, system integrations, and SAT at client facilities worldwide.
• Perform FAT on production floors and ensure zero-defect quality before shipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC and HMI issues, diagnose faults, and apply durable fixes.
• Deploy high‑voltage panels, multi-axis drives, and sensor networks safely.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field feedback to design engineering.
• Coordinate with engineering for hardware installations at trade shows and events.
