Your Talent Team in Menomonee Falls, WI seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer to lead on-site installations, FAT and SAT, and international deployments. This role blends shop testing with global fieldwork and reports directly to the CEO, offering high autonomy.

Requirements include 2+ years in electro-mechanical service, ability to travel 40–70 days/year, valid passport, and US work authorization. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility and support high-voltage panel work and PLC/HMI

Formación

• 2+ years in commissioning, servicing, or maintaining complex electro-mechanical industrial machinery or capital equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot automated systems, interpret multi-page electrical/mechanical/pneumatic schematics.
• Willing to travel 40–70 days per year and hold a valid passport.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Local commute to Menomonee Falls, WI and possession of field service tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site machinery installations, system integrations, and final Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) worldwide while guiding site operators.
• Diagnose component faults and implement lasting technical solutions with multi-page schematics.
• Deploy PLC/HMI software, verify parameters, and work safely in high-voltage panels and drives.
• Direct FAT procedures prior to shipment to ensure zero-defect quality.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests to design engineering based on field insights.
