Accounting Search seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer for Industrial Automation & International Deployments in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role involves first-shift shop work plus global field deployments (40–70 travel days/year) with a base salary up to $80,000 plus per diem.

You will lead FAT/SAT, high-voltage panel work, PLC/HMI tasks, and collaborate with design engineers on ECRs, reporting to the CEO in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience commissioning or servicing complex electro-mechanical machinery.
• Ability to read multi-page electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
• Willing and able to travel 40–70 days/year with a valid passport.
• U.S. work authorization (Citizen or Green Card) and need to commute to Menomonee Falls, WI.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead on-site machinery installations, system integrations and SAT at client facilities worldwide.
• Troubleshoot automated machinery via electro-mechanical diagnostics and multi-page schematics.
• Perform PLC/HMI software downloads, verify logic, and work inside high-voltage control panels.
• Lead internal FAT procedures prior to shipment and ensure zero-defect quality.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to design engineering based on field insights.
• Oversee technical setup and electrical hookup of equipment for industry trade shows.
