Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer for Industrial Automation & International Deployments in the Menomonee Falls, WI area. The role involves leading on-site installations, FAT/SAT testing, and international field deployments with 40–70 travel days annually.

You will report to the CEO and enjoy a travel-ready, high-visibility position in a state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities include on-site commissioning, diagnostics, PLC/HMI work, FAT leadership, and Engineering

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on machinery service/commissioning experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot automated systems with schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site machinery installations and SAT deployments worldwide.
• Perform PLC/HMI software downloads and verify parameters.
• Conduct FAT procedures on production floor prior to shipment.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field insights.
• Oversee technical setup and electrical hookups at trade shows.
