Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer for industrial automation and international deployments. The role features a base salary up to $80,000, plus travel per diem, with first‑shift work in the Menomonee Falls, WI area and substantial travel (40–70 days/year).

You will lead FAT in the plant, perform SAT at client sites worldwide, and collaborate with design engineers on ECRs. A passport and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years verifiable field service/commissioning experience with electro‑mechanical machinery.
• Must possess passport and be willing to travel 40–70 days per year.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (US Citizen/Green Card).
• Local commute to Menomonee Falls, WI and own field service toolset.
• Ability to read and interpret multi‑page electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead on‑site machinery installations and SAT across client sites worldwide.
• Perform electro‑mechanical diagnostics and troubleshoot automated equipment.
• Deploy PLC/HMI software and manage high/low voltage panels and drives.
• Coordinate FAT procedures on production floor before shipment.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field insights.
• Oversee equipment handovers and training for operators.
