Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer in the Menomonee Falls, WI area. This role combines hands-on factory testing with international field deployments, reporting directly to the CEO in a high-visibility environment.

You will lead FAT on production floors, perform SAT at client sites worldwide, and collaborate with design engineers to submit ECRs while enjoying substantial autonomy and a chance to work with cutting-edge automated systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on machinery service/commissioning experience.
• Ability to travel 40–70 days per year with a valid passport.
• Willingness to work in a customer-facing role and coordinate with clients.
• Must reside within daily commuting distance to Menomonee Falls, WI and possess a complete field service toolset.
• US work authorization (citizen or green card) without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site machinery installations and SAT at client facilities worldwide.
• Perform electro-mechanical diagnostics and troubleshoot automated systems.
• Deploy PLC/HMI logic, control panels, and high-voltage equipment safely.
• Coordinate and conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) prior to shipment.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) based on field insights.
• Set up and demonstrate equipment at industry trade shows.
