Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable hands-on machinery service/commissioning experience.
• Fully comfortable troubleshooting automated systems and wiring industrial controls from schematics.
• Willingness to travel 40–70 days per year with a valid passport.
• Strong customer-facing communication and professionalism.
• Reside within a daily commute of Menomonee Falls, WI and possess a field service toolset.
• Authorized to work in the United States (US citizen or Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site machinery installations, system integrations, and SAT at client facilities worldwide.
• Diagnose electro-mechanical issues, troubleshoot automated machinery, and implement long-lasting fixes.
• Manage PLC and HMI software downloads and verify control logic parameters.
• Coordinate FAT procedures prior to shipment and ensure zero-defect quality.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field insights to improve designs.
• Oversee setup and electrical hookup for equipment at industry trade shows.
