Job summary

TRUMPF Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery and to build strong customer relationships nationwide.

The role requires 100% travel, including overnight stays and occasional weekends, with onsite training for customers and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. A technical degree and valid driver’s license are required; compensation includes a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates or technical school degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with electronics, digital circuits, wiring or hydraulics is helpful.
• Must have and maintain a clean, valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair TRUMPF CNC machines.
• Build and develop strong customer relationships.
• Work with customers and machines to ensure equipment operates within tolerance.
• Coordinate with product support for technical assistance and feedback.
