Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's with related work experience
• Experience with complex capital equipment installation preferred
• Willingness to travel 90%+ to customer sites
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during installation
• Perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of equipment
• Collaborate with regions, engineering, and customers to verify performance and handoff tool ownership
• Provide clear status updates and complete installation documentation
• Secure warranty signoff on installed tools
